What Is The Treatment For A Painful Shoulder?

Hi i have a severe pain in my right shoulder spreading to neck and till right hand. It happened after a shock in a roller coaster ride and sudden cold weather, what should i take. I have been taking Combiflam twice daily from past 5 days, get relief only after taking rest and increases with movement.

In ur condition It may not be just due to shock,but may be also due to cervical spondylosis...u have not given ur age & any history of trauma in neck.If there is any nerve compression in neck then pain will be radiatiing....get a physiotherapy first if it doen't subside then u have to meet a spine surgeon
