I have a small dime sized patch on my jawline. it comes and goes. it s flat and at first itches a little and then becomes raw and is painful. it then almost turns into a scale and i can peel it off like a scab then it goes away and will be back later.
You seem to have seborrheic dermatitis of the face which present as itchy patch(es) which may ooze and crust. The patches may also develop secondary bacterial infection and may become tender and painful.
