Hello DOctor,
Head of my son's penis was hit by a zip. It get red at the beginning. the wound is not big. We are using an antibiotic pomad (furacine). For the moment it seems curing the wound. Is there anything that we would miss on penis head injuries. Would there be compliactions etc:..

Hi,
It seems that there might be having small cut or minor injury due to zip.
Continue applying Furacin cream for 2-3 days.
If there is pain or swelling at the site, he might require one course of antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
