Hi. A pimple inside the ear canal is also called as a folliculitis or otitis externa. This is a very painful condition which can worsen on touching or chewing food ( canal wall moves on chewing) and can block the canal due to swelling and collection of pus.
In my opinion you need a course of oral antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications and application of an antiseptic ointment inside the ear canal. You may also need a medicated pack inside the ear canal to reduce the swelling. I would recommend that you see your ENT specialist for the above and keep your ears dry by preventing entry of water inside. Also avoid cleaning your ear with an ear bud or any such since you may aggravate the injury and worsen the infection.
You can expect complete recover in a weeks time and pain should reduce in a day or two.
Do let me know if you need any other help.
