What Is The Treatment For A Pimple In The Nose?

This week, I noticed a pimple near the top of my nose, near to my eyebrow. I left it alone and didn t feel it too much. It doesn t feel painful when I touch it. Today, I noticed it has a grey tint, almost as if there s a mole under my skin that magically sprouted overnight. Why is this so?

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Acne vulgaris with pigmentation. Avoid pricking or fiddling with them. Topical antibacterial creams like clindamycin can be applied over the affected area along with topical Tretinoin at night. A short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might also help. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
