hi!I have a small red dot like a pimple on my right cheekbone that is painful and itchy that cause my right eye swollen.What do you think the cause of it that even my eye swollen and what will be the remedy that I can do to to make it disappear?help me please thank you.

According to your complaints it seems to be a folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles. I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics and oral anti inflammatory medicine.
