What Is The Treatment For A Soft Lump On The Right Side Of Neck?

Hi. We literally just noticed that my 3.5 year old daughter has a soft lump on the right side of her neck. Not large, maybe half the size of a marble. It sort of moves when touched however it is not painful to her. She had strep throat 3 weeks ago. Not sure if that matters.
