Dear Sir, i have upper left abdomen severe pain just after having the lunch till the night and have regular sweet pain in that area upper left abdomen (below the left rib cage ) which i feels on the front and back side both .this causes problem in having deep air also. i also have continuously gas problem acidic

It is the symptoms due to acid, peptic disease, try to avoid spicy and oily food, eat little less but can repeat the eating after a couple of hours if needed. Avoid heavy meal, coffee, alcohol, smoking, prior to bed and in medicine tab Omeprazole with Domperidone can be tried and it should be continued for at least 6 weeks better to have the medicines at evening time.
