My 10 month old baby has red eyes and doctors say that it is allergies. Eye is clear in the mornings but becomes red by the evening. He recommended that I give my baby Betnesol-N eye drops for about 12 days (4 drops the first 3 days, 3 drops for following 3 days, 2 for following 3, and then 1 for the remaining 3). I was wondering if these eye drops are safe for a baby that young and that too for 12 days. Thank you in advance.
