OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Most of ovarian cyst are luteal cyst which is very common with pregnancy. It will resolve spontaneously and it is harmless, no need to do any thing. If your menses are regular without any symptom no need to do any thing. Have regular USG to see size and to check it is not complicated cyst. You can prefer hormonal therapy to resolve it.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
