What Is The Treatment For Arthritis And A Lump In The Lungs?

I have a little lum in my left lower lung what could it be?

I'm 51, female, 5'6, 154 lbs. Healthy, however have arthritis. lately i felt a pain in my right rib area, my doctor requested a chest xray, it indicated a lump on the left lung, but was told not cancerous. What could it be then?

It probably is a granuloma--a remnant of a prior lung infection
You need a ct scan of the lungs to better define it and another scan in about six months to see if it increases in size. If it doesn't, then it is benign
