What Is The Treatment For Atypical Squamous Cells?

In February of last year & this year my gyn found atypical squamous cells. Should I get retested in 6 months or wait another year as she suggested because of the new Obamacare. I have Medicare & United Health & am 74 years old. Thanks, Florence Papia

I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that it is better to be get tested after 6 month. Because if any changes happens in cell lines it will be detected soon an will be acted upon soon. Though changes of the malignancy is very slow but if detected early will be treated soon with good prognosis.
