What Is The Treatment For Back Pain?
Have bad back pain with pain in neck and shoulders too have been told back muscles are over worked and have extremely tight upper back and shallow ribcage pain just doesn't settle with twinges through left leg and buttocks and heel pain what would u recommend

Ok dear all you need muscle relaxamts such as tab movax 2 mg bd and tab dicloran 100mg BD take for one weak
