What Is The Treatment For Bipolar Disorder?

I have been on depecote for two months now was on it for two yrs and than stopped for a year now back on it because of my bipolar i take 1000 mg a day i have a hard time affording it and even with my insurance its expensive is there any programs that could help me out there thats why i quit taking it last time and this time went into a suside temt again and they put me back on it .

If the cost of the medicine is the reason for not taking it then you should inform your psychiatrist about it and discuss the issue. There are other less expensive options for treatment of bipolar disorder that can be chosen for a long term maintenance treatment.
