Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It's MELASMA, common in your age. Don't worry about this, it's due to hormonal imbalance. It won't respond to normal topical application and oral treatment.

For this, you need good dermatologist's guidance. Latest updates like, the first option is PEELS, which removes the pigmentation followed by Microdermabrasion.

It's less expensive and will get good results. Another option is LASER..Q-Switched nd YAG laser will give drastic results. But expensive. Choose you and discuss your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
