After eating or drinking anything, I feel very bloated in the area directly under the breast area..feels as though there is a very tight belt around me...I don't feel sick..just very uncomfortable..I do eat a lot of spicy food and drink soda.. I don't like water, and drink NONE..I know I need to change my eating habits and I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and don't always take my meds...Any ideas on what might be going on? Thank you...
As per your complain you have problem of bloating stomach problem that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux disease. More fatty food consumption and food intolerance also cause abdominal bloating problem. Intestinal infection or other condition cause abdominal bloating problem.
Frequent chewing of chewing gum entrapment of air occurs. Drink more water and avoid spicy foods. Avoid stress. Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage and, carbonated drinks, cauliflower. Avoid citrus foods, spicy food, alcohol drinking, coffee and smoking. Eat small amount of meal and chew properly. Elevate your head during sleeping by two cushion.
Avoid immediate lying down after meal. Do some exercise for more than 20 minutes. Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
