I am dealing with feeling like my ears and sinuses close when the weather changes, nothing helps. I beleive its barometric related, but the quaility of my life is shot... Feel tired nervous, both ears feel like they are closed as well. On steroids now, and they are still bad

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute sinus infection giving rise all these symptoms.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Take decongestant for 2-3 days.
Go for Vicks vapor inhalation.
If require go for x-ray Para Nasal Sinuses to know the condition of sinuses.
Ok and take care.
