What Is The Treatment For Blocked Sinus And Sore Throat?
I have a really bad cough (10 days so far) it feels like I am trying to cough up mucus from just above my collarbone area. I cant seem to cough much up and then it feels as though something is stuck and I cough so much that I am nearly sick. My right sinus is blocked and the back of my throat feels very sore and dry. I not only have night sweats for am dripping wet during the day ( I am going through the menopause) I ache all over especialy my joints (fingers, elbows, feet etc) I have no energy (casued by coughing I think) and my whole abdominal area feels tender to tough

short course of metronidazole clears fast the sinuses
use montelucast 10 mg bd for cough
add mucolytic +bronchodilator cough syp to clear out mucus
add anti allergic cough syp night
lot of fluids
for pain can take analgesic sos
may take 10-14 days to clear the blocked sinuses
