What Is The Treatment For Blood In Semen?

I am 30 yrs old and have been masturbating for many years. recently i experienced blood in my semen. there was no pain or any other symptom. I have just got a urine test done and it shows a minor bacterial infection.please suggest possible cuases and whether it needs further investigation. I am a fit individual otherwise.
