What Is The Treatment For Blood In The Stool?

I have been having blood mixed in with my poop for several months. It started out the entire toilet was full of blood and i could not see anything but blood, but now it is just mixed in with the poop and everytime i wipe it is blood mixed with poop. DO you have any suggestions on what it could be? I am not struggling to poop.
