What Is The Treatment For Bloody Nose And Headache?

Hello, well I have this terrible bloody nose right now, and after I went to change the tissue for a tampon instead a huge very long I believe to be blood clot came out, and I find this a distress because I've been having some headaches. What do you think is wrong?

Hi,looking at your symptoms,it would be advisable to consult an ENT Specialist Doctor-He/she would do nasal examination,Nasal Endoscopy,CT Scan(if needed) and a few blood test for Coagulation profile to find the cause of your nasal bleeding and headache.

Till then,you can use Decongestant nasal drops (like otrivin nasal drops),Saline nasal drops,Antihistaminic (like Cetrizine),Analgesic (like Ibuprofen).Also avoid to remove the dry blood clot crust present in your nose.You can use saline nasal drops to soften the crusts and then it will get removed.Dont blow your nose or cough forcefully.
