What Is The Treatment For Bowel Pain And Cramping?
I have problems w/occasional bowel & colon pain. I may go 2 wks w/out a bowel movement & then have soft stools 2 or 3 times then cramping, then finally nothing but water, all in one day. I have done this every mo. or so for the last 6 mo. I had a colonoscopy, but it was clear. I had a few hemorriods removed as well, but I think I still have some that occasional bother me. What would be my next course of action. Thanks
Generally for the constipation I would say that this is the most concern subject or symptoms to all the human being and they becomes more conscious if not able to pass the stool every morning or every day.
But as a matter of fact it does not matter if you do not pass the stool for couple days or even more, actually your routine would be responsible for this, your diet is responsible for this, if it is not the pathology or disease, so try to change your diet.
Have more fiber containing diet, drink lot of water even if you do not want it, keep regular habit of going for defection even if you do not want to go in still be there sit there for while no matter if you do not pass the stool, do not exert the force for defecation, the time will come it will be alright.
