Regarding your concern, I would explain that these brain changes are chronic and non reversible.
This means, that they can not be treated or cured.
But, we can try to improve the symptoms.
I would like to have some more information on the patient:
- How old is he?
- What is his past medical history and commorbidities?
- What are his actual symptoms (seizures, memory troubles, psychiatric disturbances, gait difficulty)?
You should discuss with a neurologist on the above issues.
