Hello,
Firstly, if you have regular 28-30 day cycles, you had the intercourse during the safe or anovulatory period and thus, have minimal chances of pregnancy. Stress can create hormone imbalances and can lead to several related symptoms like those you are experiencing right now. The earliest way to test for pregnancy is to get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres one week after ovulation. HPTs can read well 3-7 days after a missed period and so is a sonogram. Hope this helps.
