What Is The Treatment For Bruise In The Pubic Area?

Hi i accidentally hurt myself on my pubic area. I fell off a sea doo and it hit so hard it got all bruised. I now have a ball on my pubic area sort of like a knott when meat hits bone.It is sensitive to touch and is painful to walk and move. How long before this goes away?

It may take around 4 weeks to resolve the hematoma but if the size of the bruise increases, the intensity of pain increases, problem with voiding or any discharge then urgent surgical advice should be taken.
