As per your query, you have symptoms of bumps on the chest which occurs due to infection of hair follicles and due to blockage of clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with dead skin and bacteria get infected.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you apply a topical antibacterial ointment such as mupirocin and do yoga and meditation daily. You should get hormone levels monitored. Make use of a product containing benzoyl peroxide. Take Multivitamin supplements. Apply aloe vera gel. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist once and get a complete examination done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
