What Is The Treatment For Chest Pain?

My husband as been having chest pain for a few days now. Well two days ago he had it really bad accompanied by tingling of his left arm. Today he had a nose bleed out of no where. He checked his bp and it read 147/96. He is a 34 year old black if that helps.

Hello,
You have to see as soon as possible a cardiologist. May be his pain is related to heart ischemia. Also he is hypertensive. This might be the cause of nose bleeding.
