What Is The Treatment For Child's Eye Discharge And Bruised Look?
My 3 year old daughter has excessive mucus coming out of one side of her left eye. Underneath her eye is looking a bit bruised as well. She is not complaining about it feeling itchy or rubbing at it. She said the cat scratched her eye, but with her being so young I don't know how reliable that information is. With it being Christmas Eve no clinics are open. Do I need to take her to the emergency room or can she wait to be seen for a few days?
