I have these bumps beginning to form in the back of my mouth. It feels as though it's blocking whatever I swallow, whether if its a liquid or solid. So I went online and googled bumps on the back of my tounge and circumvalate papillae was my result.

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the circumvalate papillae is a normal finding nothing to worry about it these are the round elevated structures...consult a oral physician to find out the other pathologies like fibroma, leiomyoma or lipoma....the papillae will not trouble you...i hope my answer will help you..take care..
