thanks for asking your question I completely understand your problem in my opinion according to your symptoms ,you are suffering from allergic rhinitis , sinusitis. for this problem u need to consult a pulmonologist who may prescribe you a combination of leukotriene antagonist and an antihistaminic like monteleukast and fexofenadine, and some intranasal steroid sprays like fluticasone nasal spray which you have to take once daily. for all these medications u need to consult a pulmonologist to get them prescribed if his opinion matches mine. further for now u need to take steam inhalation preferably with some vapocaps in it or otherwise will also do. for cough with blood streaked sputum u should get a chest xray done and to visit some pulmonologist to rule out tuberculosis thanks/regards feel free to ask more questions may god bless you with good health
