im having constant numbness and tingling down left side of face and arm . im 19 and a female . I take panic attacks when i have these only because i sit and worry because the pains are there for hours and hours ... ive been to doctors and they have told me nothing is wrong . i have not had a blood test ... only checked my pulse and blood pressure i do worry about my health and want to get this sorted ... please help .
