Noted the history and understood the concerns.
There is no use to think in advance of what the Doctors would do and so.
Since you have been continuously
vomiting you can go into
dehydration along with its complications of renal and related problems to go into further complications.
Hence I would suggest you the following:
Rush to ER or nearby Hospital for clinical evaluation, examination and proper investigations to know the cause of fever, vomiting and
constipation.
To get started on a proper treatment with a PPI like
Omeprazole,
Domperidone, Intravenous fluids and antibiotics till vomiting stops.
Constipation is obvious because you are vomiting, most probably dehydrated and not taking any solids orally.
If X-ray shows fecoliths you may need an enema otherwise full diet, stool softeners and laxatives will helps to solve this problem.
Symptomatic additional treatment for fever and other symptoms too will be given.
