Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern. This weight loss is abnormal and requires to be looked into.
The common problems that lead to such untended weight loss are Diabetes mellitus - Type1 , Thyrotoxicosis , diseases like tuberculosis and malabsorption syndromes. These require to be investigated. Another rare possibility is anorexia nervosa if you are averse to eating.
I would suggest that you see a specialist in Internal Medicine. He/she will examine you and advise you regarding the investigations to diagnose the cause of your weight loss.
Take care
