What Is The Treatment For Corneal Ulcer In The Eye?

I have a cornea ulcer in my right eye and it is still very visilbe, actully looks like it got bigger. I've been treating it with antibiotic drops every hour and steroid drops 4x day for a week now and it is still not better. How long can this take to heal?

the ulcer may be active. you have to get it stained and see it. antibiotic drop and neosporine eye ointment can be applied at night. you may have to atropinised the eye so that synnechea does not occur get it examined by eye doctor to exclude fungal infection. irrigation of eye with sterile water may be done daily. some amount of phomantation may help.
