What Is The Treatment For Cough And Lung Infection?
sir i am having cough problem from last 8 to 9 months .i i tried so many medecines but still its not cure..so please suggest me a good medicines..now a days some infuction also in my lunghs ..i am not able to drink water also..its paining..so please give a right suggessation..thankyou

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
?TB Lungs with Chr Cough.
Treatment-
As your case is having cough after 9 mths of regular antibiotic?before starting any treatment-AFB sputum and PCR test for TB detection i s a must.
Consult Chest Physician.
Get the PCR sputum Test-to detect Pulm TB and
IGRA test to detect old/hidden TB.
Any other cause of the Chronic Cough - as TB pharyngitis / asthma with chronic bronchitis is to be kept in mind.
Treatment would depend on the extent of the lung/or URTI infection.This would be assessed by the Chest Physician.
Besides specific antibiotics/ supporting treatments like
HPBD-High Protein Bland Diet/
Plenty of fluids,
Tab Zincovit -1 -to supplement the body health
is needed under expert supervision.9 mths of DOT anti-tb treatment is sufficient to take care of Tb infection in soft tissue organs.
