What Is The Treatment For Cough,blocked Nose And Pressure Around Eye?

hello sir, I have heavy cold and produced lots of cough during day for last three weeks. After taking medicines prescribed by doctor , now its bit milder but still producing cough. But now the problem is my right side nose is always blocked and feel heavy pressure arournd my right eye. Also feeling something inside my ear. Im using a nasal sprey but not helping me. would like to know what can help me... as im guessing it could be sinus problem.

I read your symptoms and anter co-relating them with the possible pathological development it appears as your sinuses gets infected and now you have landed over to sinusitis. This may be ruled out by C.T.Scan of paranasal sinuses.

your feeling of pressure around eye is suggesting that your frontal, ethmoidal and maxillary sinuses all are involved. You please consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination and treatment as to avoid complications.

Till you are waiting for specialist consultation you may take-

1- Tab Paracetamol.

2- Steam inhalation.

3-Anti allergic and anti inflammatory.

4- Antibiotic- this should be taken with concent of your family doctor.
