What Is The Treatment For Cramps And Bleeding After Medical Abortion?
I had a medical abortion with the pill nov21, 2013. I got a period in dec but don't remember the day, now in January I've been having unprotected sex everyday from jan15 until jan26. I started cramping really bad in my mid abdomin and started bleeding orangey red blood, it them turned to dark brown with blood specs in it? What's going on with me?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Medical abortion can cause bleeding and cramping, however, these symptoms are present within few days of the medical abortion.
Since, it has been over 2 months since the abortion took place, it is unlikely to be due to the procedure.
Onset of bleeding can be due to onset of menstrual cycle.
Cramping can also be due to associated cramping of the uterus seen during menstrual cycle.
Bleeding and cramping completely rules out pregnancy.
