Hai sir.I have selected in Indian navy recently.I need to undergo final medical ,I think that I am suffering from cubitus valgus .can u tell what are the better measures to take to reduce it.I have my final medical on Aug 18.will be very thankful to you if suggest me.thank you sir

For cubitus valgus which is long standing you may need deformity correction surgically.
Till time you can do physiotherapy.
