What Is The Treatment For Cuts Around My Vagina And Anus After Having Rough Sex?
Two nights ago, my partner and I had really rough sex. So rough that the condom actually came off inside me and I didn't find it until the next morning. Since then I noticed some small, thin cuts around the area between my vagina and anus(perenium?) I wonder if it is something to be really concerned about or if I should just wait it out and see if they heal.

As you describe the condom was left in the vagina for 12 hours,it would have caused the infection in the vagina, and spread to the perineum. It also may be due to the presence of the diabetis.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole, till the tests reports are received.
