Hi, I have generalised disc buldge disc space narrowing with degeneration at C5/6 and C6/7 left forminal narrowing at C6/7, I have discomfort in neck, shoulders and arms lifting arms to take clothing off is quite nasty and lifting not easy. Also L2/4 mild dic bulge, at L/5 disc is degenerate loss of disc height and generalised disc bulge I had a car accident one year ago and have had suggested that I need disc replacements - is there any other way?
