What Is The Treatment For Diarrhea?

I have been having stomach problems since September 2013getting diarrhoea when I ate certain foods but now anything I eat triggers it So eventhough I eat mostly soups and toast or things that are not spicy I still get the diarrhoea at least oce a week accompanied by sulfur smelling burps Ive bee to the doctors and done tests but found nothing Could it be some sort of parisitw that cant be detected?? I am also a diabetic

Bad breath is usually due to some oral pathology.
What tests you underwent?
As you are a diabetic it can be SMALL INTESTINAL BACTERIAL OVERHROWTH.
