What Is The Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing Due To Extra Meat In Nose?

Hi doctor, Hope you good there, em having problem while taking breath due to increase of extra meat in my nose, and everyday i start my day, have headache, feeling tired and can t work with full concentration, ENT specialist says to me that have surgery, could you please guide me what to do?? Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
I am fine here, thanks for asking.
Noted your complaint of the day started with headache, feeling tired and loss of concentration.
Your ENT has advised you Surgery for enlarges mass (meat as you say).
The causes of such mass causing symptoms are:
Nasal polyposis
Inverted papiloma and such cancerous tumors
Hypertrophied tumors.
I would advise in such a situation the following:
MRI of the nose and sinuses to assess the mass, its extent, vulnerability, vascularity and so on.
Dedicated team to operate upon your mass.
To continue any medical treatment if needed like decongestant, antibiotic, steroids as required.
