What Is The Treatment For Difficulty In Passing Stools?

Hi, I have difficulty going to the toilet. My faeces, when pushing, seems to push into a pocket at the front of my anus rather that straight out of the passage. This means that when I have finished it is hard to wipe clean as every wipe seems to dislodge poo that has not been able to exit.

you have to make stool analysis and take metronidazole and laxatives
it might be a simple case of constipation but we have to make sure
