hi my name is muzammil. whenever i speak , a lot of sliva starts accumulating at the mid of my tongue and at the tip of tongue. this irritate me a lot while speaking and create difficulty in speaking. i am much worry about it .kindly refer a solution

As far as excessive salivation is concerned this can be due to vitamin deficiency , GERD, liver disease , oral ulcer , oral infection or excessive starch intake . For this I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation . Treatment done for excessive salivation remove the underlying cause. Maintain good oral hygiene . Use mouthwash regularly .
Consult oral surgeon and go for treatment .
