What Is The Treatment For Discharge And Stomach Ache Of Child?
My 3 and half year old daughter complained of stomach ache for several weeks now and today I did a urine test and found pus cells 6-8 and protein positive. She has been having discharge soiled panties for a few weeks now. Her left under eye also looks somewhat swollen. Please help me.

Thanks for the question. Kindly see if she is getting any fever,vomitting or blood inurine etc. Most likely she is suffering from urinary tract infection. Kindly get her urine culture test done. Also do a blood count if she is suffering from fever. If any blood is seen in urine then ultrasound for urinary stone might be required.
She needs proper antibiotic treatment for minimum 7days. Also give her plenty of fluids, syrup cital for 7 days. And juices like cranberry.
