Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness and headache which is caused by inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis . In some cases the infection spread through eustachian tube and cause ear infection and cause dizziness . I suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometry test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics , decongestants ,drain sinus and some ear aid. For now avoid bending forward , take steam , drink ginger tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily like meditation and yoga . In some cases doctor may also prescribe supplement like ginkgo biloba.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
