What Is The Treatment For Dizziness?

I am from Bangalore. My brother is 30yrs old. he used to get dizziness from his infant age for which he was treated in NIMHANS. But then they said it would gradually set right as he grows. so did it subside but not completely relieved. even he gets it once in two or three months now. From past couple of years, when he is tensed his legs starts shivering so badly that he finds difficulty in standing or walking. When he gets dizziness he will not be able to stand, if he stands or sits he starts vommitting. What actions needs to be taken..we are really worried.

I would suggest you to get a brain scan done at first. This would rule out the possibility of having an organic brain disease.
