What Is The Treatment For Dizziness?
Good Morning Dr! I woke up this morning and tilted my head back while lying flat and my head begin to spin. This happened many times before. I suffer from hypertension and is also diabetic. What do I do? My doctor gave me anti sickness medication in the past, but no success.

Having dizziness while backward neck movement might be due to some degenerative changes in cervical vertebrae.
go for x-ray for cervical spondilitis.
Go for regular blood pressure and blood sugar checking.
