What Is The Treatment For Dry Skin Around The Eyelid,wrinkly And Baggy Eyelid ?
A few days ago my eyelid was super itchy, so I might have over-rubbed it. Now my upper eyelid has some dry skin and it looks baggy and wrinkly. Is this going to be a long term? How do I solve this issue? I m only a 15 year old girl. So I m pretty sure it s not aging .

u have dermatitis may be seborrhic or allergic
u need to wear sun glass
drink more water
apply moisturizer cream
better to consult dermatologist before applying anything other then i have told
dont rub or scratch over it
avoid going in sun llight
take tab cetrizine for itching
