What Is The Treatment For Dull Pain Around The Heart Area?

Hi, I am a 52 yr old male and had been diagnosed with Afib 2 yrs ago. My cardiologist has put me on 300 mg of Fleccanide. It has indeed helped, but now I am feeling a dull pain around my heart area. Sometimes only for a couple of minutes. But lately it has happened fro a more prolonged time. Please help

regular health check up is required for you latest every 3 months , any such symptoms should not be ignored . kindly see your cardiologist .
the dull pain around the heart could be angina or muscular , but right physical examination can only give right diagnosis .
